Cara has been in the fitness industry teaching group and private sessions since 2008. Cara’s approach to program design is client-focused and unique; she uses Pilates-based methods in combination with creative modifications to emphasize core connection, strength, and movement. Meet Nicole, Manager and Instructor at CS Fitness in Allendale. With a BA in Exercise Physiology, certified personal trainer under NASM, and nearly a decade of barre instructor experience, Nicole programs pilates fusion classes that are accessible, energizing, and fun. Her classes put a focus on strengthening, lengthening, re-aligning, and most importantly a mindfulness that connects brain to muscle movement, using a variety of modalities/props to increase HR and keep you focused and engaged!
