Welcome to CS Fit Pilates

In 2010 Cara established her first studio, Align Fitness, a Pilates mat, Pilates-inspired barre, Cardiolates and MVe chair studio in Northern NJ. Later, her career took her to Lifetime Fitness, as the Pilates Coordinator and in February 2020, Cara opened her first fully equipped Pilates studio in Mahwah, NJ. Based upon its success, CS Fit Pilates continued to expand with a second location in Allendale in August of 2022. In May 2023, the Mahwah location relocated to a larger facility in Wyckoff, NJ and a third location is scheduled to open in Ho-Ho-Kus in August 2024. 

CS Fit Pilates' locations are fully equipped studios that service a maximum of 6 members. With fewer people in group classes, you will receive more individualized attention from our skilled certified instructors, who are able to assist more readily on proper form and ensure that you get the most out of your sessions!
